Appointments may require a deposit to secure your booking. Deposits may be non-refundable if cancellations occur within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time.

We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to weather conditions, unsafe working environments, equipment issues, or other circumstances outside our control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information regarding the condition of their vehicle prior to service. Additional charges may apply for excessive dirt, pet hair, biohazards, mold, bodily fluids, or severe staining.

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept approved payment methods listed on our website or invoices.

• Personal belongings left inside the vehicle
